COMBINATION OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR DECORATION OF BOTTLES ILLUSTRATED BY TM “ZAPADENKA”

With the help of Ukrainian designer Yaroslav Shkriblyak from design company Umbra Design, TM “Zapadenka” appeared in the line of alcoholic products. “DanCo Decor” was pleased to embody the idea of the designer in decor of the bottle.

During production of the product TM “Zapadenka” was used combination of the two technologies of glass decoration: chemical etching (frosting) and silk-screen printing. Chemical etching gave the bottle new tactile and visual sensations: “effect of velvet” and “effect of a chilled drink”. Picturesque of hutsul ethnic ornament and fantastic energy of Carpathians were conveyed with the help of silk-screen printing with ceramic inks. It allowed to make the picture not only expressive, but also highly resistant to any mechanical, chemical and temperature effects.
