THUG LIFE or the dashing 90’s in the American style.

In June, the first industrial consignment of decorated bottles Thug Life was shipped to our client from Canada. This term became popular through a famous Afro-American singer Tupac Amaru Shakur, created the namesake music group in early 90ies. He was also the author of the whole code of the T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E. (The Hate U Give Little Infants Fuck Everybody), dictated what street thugs are allowed and prohibited to do. In particular, “the right thug” must respect elders, take care of loved people, protect kids and do not roughhouse in the district of his control. Basically, code of T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E. could be easily confused with the Charter of the Vladimir Lenin Pioneer Organization if it wasn’t for the first item: “All new Jacks to game must know: a) he’s going to get rich; b) he’s going to jail; c) he’s going to die.” So that is, a young Leninist must without a shadow of a doubt sacrifice his freedom or even his life for the belief that a better future awaits Communism. But nobody guaranteed that he would get rich.

However, we, probably, will “go another way” as Ulyanov (Lenin) said, and look at the new bottle decoration. Frosted bottle has a triangle “window” and The Eye of Providence – one of the main masonic symbol, is looking through it. In addition to The Eye of Providence, there is another masonic symbol – Square and Compasses with the letter “G” in the center (some believe it means God, the others – Geometrician – a supreme being in masonic hierarchy). No one knows if there is any connection between the Freemasons Order, street thug and Hip-Hop culture. And this printed Treble Clef (I don’t know if rappers need a stave) and the acronym MOB doesn’t add clarity. Besides, T.H.U.G.M.O.B. – it’s another view of our imperfect world by Tupac Shakur: «The Hate U Gave Minorities Obviously Backfired».

But it is clear that we use a wide range of technics and methods in creation of Thug Life bottle, such as chemical frosting with a “window” effect, printing with high temperature pains including precious metals and making an effect of transparency restoration. I really do hope that the target audience will love our product. Because one item of the code of T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E., we mentioned before, begins with the words: “We do all in style”.

So we are also trying to do all in style. And we do it!
